Shopping Experience: I have had this product for 1 year now and Im so happy with it!. I dont think my humidifier at home through my furnace works correctly so I bought this one instead of paying a large company to charge me an arm and leg to foot the bill. I put it in my bed room a smaller space but it does was I need it too. When I bought the Humidifier it did not come with a Owners Guide so I decided finally to download it. I would recommend this product to anyone. As a matter a fact I already do and I love love love the heaters as well.

Shopping Experience: We bought one of these humidifiers about a month ago and it is doing a great job of humidifying our 925 sq ft mobile home here in semi-arid Colorado. We had no room for a furnace mounted whole house humidifier, so this unit stands out of the way in a corner near the furnace cold air return and effectively humidifies the whole place. We have fairly soft tap water and have experienced no problems with using it to fill the humidifier. If it keeps working like this we'll be very happy with it. The only problem during set-up was due to the manual saying things like "Refill reservoir to the fill mark" (there is no fill mark) and "The top of the reservoir has a flat surface that can stand by itself during the fill operation" (the top surface is not flat), so the manual needs some editing. But the set-up was otherwise quite straightforward for someone able to follow instructions. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely!
